Arneis is the indigenous grape of this region and recognised as one of Italy’s best white wines. This fruit comes from the single vineyard, Bricco delle Passere. The wine is made "free run" juice....meaning that the grapes are not pressed. The wine making process also includes the juice sitting on the yeast lees for up to 10 months, giving added complexity and texture.

This more complex, textural style will go wonderfully with richer chicken dishes or salmon that you might ordinarily partner with chardonnay.
