A lighter style red wine made from Nero d’Avola,  Aglianico and Montepulciano, three southern Italian varieties. Vibrant ruby hues, aromas of fresh ripe plums, blackberries and star anise.  On the palate the wine fills the mouth with generous flavours of plum, chocolate and spice. The gentle tannins and crisp, lingering finish pair well with smoked duck and strong Italian flavours.
