"Colour is deep red with a purple rim. Aromas are complex, savoury and rapturous.....briar, coffee beans, red and black fruits and a hint of spice from the small (10%) addition of whole bunches in the ferment. The palate is full flavoured and fresh, with a lovely fruit centre, cool climate acidity and a long clean finish"
