2022 Anim Tinderbox Pinot Noir 

Fruit comes from a 30 year old, tiny 2 hectare vineyard that has sweeping views of the d'Entrecateaux Channel, in Southern Tasmania. The 2022 Pinot has a lovely savoury, complex nose and in the mouth just ticks all the boxes. A pitch perfect balance between fruit purity, acidity and tannin with some fleshiness that fills the palate out to a lovely long finish. It is a wine that draws your attention every time you take a sip.
