Anim Wines, across the water from Bruny Island, is one of the southernmost wineries in Australia. Production is tiny and the fact that they care enough to make 4 individual Pinots is amazing. 

I tried the "Tinderbox" on a trip to the Freycinet Peninsula and was entranced.
