Pinot Gris – a very sexy wine that is dry but voluptuous and has a touch of spritz. Will span aperitivo to Asian dishes with panache.

Fiano – a textural wonder that has red wine breadth of flavour. Embraces richer white meat dishes.

Greco – stunning and rare Italian variety. Has acid and mouthfeel and downright yumminess. A marriage with oysters, mussels or creamy pastas.
