New owner Enrico , grandson of Clemente Guasti, told me over 2 years ago that Timorasso was going to be the next "big" white wine. At the time I wasn't a believer...as the wine is quite complex and evolve. We Aussie's tend to like clean, crispy wines. But having a refeered a couple of clients to visit the Gausti winery, they have come back raving about this wine. So we listen to the feedback.

"Very complex nose, intense fruity scents reminiscent of pear, peach and floral hints of acacia flowers, orange blossom with a background of honey. Dry and complex taste, pleasingly fresh and very persistent"
