"Light cherry red colour. The aromas are so typical of this vineyard with bay leaf, sage, dried herbs and earth. The flavours are rich with dark cherry, black olive and are soft and savoury at the same time. This wine has a wonderful "umami" profile and finishes clean with a good length and a kiss of soft tannin pucker. A wine that begs to be paired with charcuterie, pizza, aged parmesan cheese or best yet, mushroom risotto. Bottle age has given this amazingly simple wine complexity and interest” 92/100
